Are refurbished devices used?

They're pre-owned devices that have been professionally inspected, renewed and certified. Condition grades describe cosmetic appearance only — every device is functionally tested against the same 52-point checklist.

What's the difference between condition grades?

Premium — indistinguishable from new, 100% battery. Excellent — near-spotless. Very Good — light micro-scratches at arm's length. Good — visible wear, flawless screen and function.

What's in the box?

Every device ships with a compatible charging cable and SIM tool (where relevant) in recycled packaging. Original boxes are not included.

Is the battery good?

Minimum guaranteed battery health is shown on each offer (80–100% depending on grade). Batteries below threshold are replaced during refurbishment.

How fast is delivery?

Free carbon-neutral delivery in 1–3 working days across the UAE; express next-day available at checkout.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes — every device is factory unlocked and works with all UAE carriers.
