VellReboxed Trading LLC ("VellReboxed") operates this marketplace for certified refurbished electronics in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Orders

Orders are confirmed when payment is authorised. Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.

3. Condition grades

Grades describe cosmetic condition only. All devices are functionally tested and covered by the same 24-month warranty.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery windows are shown per offer. Risk passes on delivery.

5. Returns & warranty

30-day returns and 24-month warranty as described on the respective pages, which form part of these terms.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under UAE consumer law.
