30 days to change your mind

If you're not completely happy, return any device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

How it works

1. Open the order in My Orders and select Return item.
2. Pick a reason (helps us improve, doesn't affect your refund).
3. We email a prepaid return label. Pack the device with all accessories.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of the

device arriving back with us.

Conditions

• The device must be returned in the condition received, with all included accessories.
• Activation locks (Find My iPhone / Google account) must be removed.
