What's covered
- Battery faults below the guaranteed health threshold
- Screen, camera, speaker, microphone or button failures
- Charging and connectivity issues
- Any functional fault present at delivery
What's not covered
- Accidental damage (drops, liquid)
- Cosmetic wear consistent with the condition grade you purchased
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
How to claim
- Sign in and open the order in My Orders.
- Choose the item and select Request support.
- We arrange free collection, repair or replace the device, and return it within
5–7 working days. If we can't repair it, you get a replacement or a full refund.
